Ingredients:
- 2–3 large potatoes
- Wooden skewers
- Oil (for deep frying)
- Salt
- Chilli powder / peri-peri / cheese seasoning
Steps:
- Insert a skewer through the center of a whole potato.
- Using a knife, cut the potato in a spiral motion around the skewer.
- Gently stretch the spiral along the stick.
- Deep fry until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle seasoning while hot.
