🧂 Ingredients for hara bhara kabab
- 1 cup spinach (blanched & finely chopped)
- ½ cup green peas (boiled & mashed)
- 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (for binding)
- 1–2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
- Oil for shallow frying

- Prepare spinach
Blanch spinach in hot water for 2 minutes, drain, squeeze excess water, and chop finely. - Mix ingredients
In a bowl, combine spinach, peas, potatoes, breadcrumbs, green chilies, ginger, spices, salt, and coriander. Mix well. - Shape kababs
Divide mixture into equal portions and shape into round or oval patties. - Cook
Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry kababs on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. - Serve hot
