🛒 Ingredients (Makes 4 Parathas)

For Dough

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee

  • Water as needed

For Paneer Filling

  • 1–2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder) or lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Dough

Mix flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
Cover and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

2️⃣ Prepare Filling

In a bowl, mix grated paneer with green chilies, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, chili powder, amchur, and salt. Mix well.

3️⃣ Stuff & Roll

  • Divide dough into equal balls.
  • Roll one ball slightly, place 2–3 tbsp paneer filling in the center.
  • Seal edges carefully and gently roll into a round paratha.

4️⃣ Cook

  • Heat a tawa on medium flame.
  • Place paratha and cook until small bubbles appear.
  • Apply ghee or oil, flip, and cook both sides until golden brown.
