Aloo Paratha Recipe (Easy & Tasty)
Ingredients:
- Gehun ka atta – 2 cups
- Uble aloo – 3 (mashed)
- Hari mirch – 1 (finely chopped)
- Adrak – 1 tsp (grated)
- Dhaniya – chopped
- Namak – swad anusar
- Lal mirch, garam masala – thoda sa
- Tel / ghee – sekne ke liye
Method:
- Atta gundh kar thodi der rest dein.
- Aloo mein namak, mirch, adrak, dhaniya aur masale mila kar stuffing banayein.
- Aate ki lohi lein, aloo bharein aur paratha bel lein.
- Garam tawa par dono side se ghee/tel laga kar sek lein.
- Garam-garam aloo paratha makkhan, dahi ya achar ke saath serve karein.
