- 2 cups full-fat yogurt (curd)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 6–8 saffron strands (kesar)

- 1 tsp rose water (optional)

- Prepare Hung Curd:
- Place the yogurt in a muslin cloth and hang it for 4–6 hours or until most whey is drained, leaving thick yogurt.
- Sweeten and Flavor:
- Transfer the thick yogurt to a bowl.
- Add powdered sugar, saffron strands, cardamom powder, and rose water (if using).
- Mix Well:
- Whisk gently until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish:
- Top with chopped almonds and pistachios.
- Serve:
- Chill for 1–2 hours before serving for the best taste.
