Its rich, mildly spiced filling makes it a favorite across households, combining simplicity with delicious homemade flavor. 🧈✨ 🛒 Ingredients (Makes 4 Parathas) For Dough 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 tbsp oil or ghee Salt to taste Water as needed For Paneer Filling 1 cup fresh paneer, grated or crumbled 1–2 green chilies, finely chopped 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp red chili powder ½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder) or lemon juice Salt to taste 👩🍳 Instructions 1️⃣ Prepare Dough Mix flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15–20 minutes. 2️⃣ Prepare Filling In a bowl, mix grated paneer with green chilies, coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, chili powder, amchur, and salt. Mix well. 3️⃣ Stuff & Roll Divide dough into equal balls. Roll one ball slightly, place 2–3 tbsp paneer filling in the center. Seal edges carefully and gently roll into a round paratha. 4️⃣ Cook Heat a tawa on medium flame. Place paratha and cook until small bubbles appear.
